CargoCheck™ is a customizable web and mobile app that helps operators and drivers safely and accurately deliver chemicals and other bulk goods.
NACD members, ACC members, and qualified tank truck carriers interested to join the beta can do so a minimal onboarding fee and will receive ongoing benefits as first adopters.
With the beta app, you can:

Define precise requirements for loading, transporting, and unloading bulk products in tank/silo profiles and securely share the profiles with trusted partners

Scan and record QR code confirmations that the right product is going in to the right tank/silo

Reference safe handling info like links to SDS and one touch dialing for emergency contacts

Document and share events during a delivery with checklists, photos and comments - reduce email clutter and capture the details about a delivery in a virtual, collaborative space

Track the progress of a delivery and capture geo/time stamps for loading and unloading

Reduce the time to process paperwork with touchless, electronic signatures and push notifications at the time or delivery - no physical routing of paperwork for payment to slow receiving, plus immediate notification of assessorial fees due (in development)
The FMCSA [Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration] news release noted that turnover rates are over 90% for large long-haul carriers and over 72% for small carriers, meaning that drivers are regularly leaving companies or leaving the industry altogether.

Beta participants who use the app upon commercial release may choose to be first adopters for future releases and will receive ongoing discounted platform fees.
Because this is a Proof of Concept, the goal is to spark ideas and collaboratively innovate. The close of your beta-test is not an end result, but the beginning of an open-ended opportunity to continually improve safe and accurate deliveries.
TIME, TALENT, AND RESOURCES
The beta test is available for minimal onboarding fee in exchange for the following:

Sign a mutual NDA and Beta Test agreement

Download customer, product, and order data in a spreadsheet from your ERP to securely upload to the platform (assistance is available for how to do this)

Apply asset tags with platform generated QR codes to your beta test tanks (assistance is available for how to do this)

At least one driver or operator should use the app for 1-2 weeks and report on what they liked and what could be improved
